Returns

We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience, and it’s really important that you love your purchase from pitbullmansion.com. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at store@pitbullmansion.com as soon as possible, indicating the reason for the return. Your original order number will then act as your authorization number, which must be included with the returned item. This is simply to allow us to keep track of your details so we can best service your needs.

The item must be returned to pitbullmansion.com within 7 days of the shipping date. It must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging). This does not mean you cannot try it on for size! Upon inspecting the returned item, we will the gladly offer you an exchange for another item or store credit to use at a later date.

Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.

We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.

Any items returned after 7 days (unless faulty) will be subject to the discretion of the Pitbull Mansion management. Sorry, there are no returns on sale or reduced to clear items unless deemed faulty.

In the case of exchanging an item, outward shipping will not be charged on your first exchange, but you must return the goods to us. We recommend that you use a method such as Express Post or Registered Post that can be tracked. It is your responsibility that goods arrive at the return address safely.

In the instance where a different size is not available then you can receive a credit note for the cost of the returned item to use at a later date.

We apologise but we are unable to accept any returns with swimwear for hygiene reasons.
