Ordering and Payment
Our store is open 24 hours, 7 days a week!
After you place your order, an e-mail confirmation including an order number, will be sent to the e-mail address that was entered on your order form. Once your payment has been approved, your item will be packed and dispatched. You will be notified by email, to advise if any of the items you have ordered are out of stock. In this instance, the full amount will be refunded using your original payment method.
Payment can be accepted by most general credit cards through our secure checkout: Visa, Mastercard, and Bankcard. Our online payments make use of PayPal services as our credit card gateway, but there is no need to have a PayPal account to make payments at our store. Please note that your credit card details will not be stored, and you can feel confident that your personal information and credit card data is completely safe.

If you wish to pay by direct deposit you can select this option at the checkout which will then save your order and provide you with the bank deposit details. The deposit must be made straightaway with payment clearing in our account in the next business day (if you make a deposit after business hours or over the weekend then it will take 2 business days to appear in our account). Goods will be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared. If payment is not received within 2 business days, then purchased items will be returned to stock.

All prices on Pitbull Mansion are in Australian dollars. The prices quoted DO NOT include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns & Exchanges
We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience, and it’s really important that you love your purchase from pitbullmansion.com. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, indicating the reason for the return. Your original order number will then act as your authorization number, which must be included with the returned item. This is simply to allow us to keep track of your details so we can best service your needs. After the items have been quality checked and found to be in satisfactory condition, we will process the refund through the same method you used for payment.
The item must be returned to pitbullmansion.com within 7 days of the shipping date. It must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging). Likewise, all footwear must be returned in their original box. This does not mean you cannot try it on for size!
We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be accepted, and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
Any items returned after 7 days will be subject to the discretion of the Pitbull Mansion management. Sorry, there are no returns on sale or reduced to clear items unless deemed faulty. We apologise but we are unable to accept any returns with swimwear or earrings for hygiene reasons.
In the case of exchanging an item, outward shipping will not be charged on your first exchange, but you must return the goods to us. We recommend that you use a method such as Express Post or Registered Post that can be tracked. It is your responsibility that goods arrive at the return address safely.
Faulty goods will be assessed and dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.

How long will it take me to receive my order?
If ordering within Australia, then typically you will receive within 1-3 days from the date of your order. Please allow an extra day for Western Australia and some regional areas.
Can my delivery be sent to a PO Box?
At this stage we are using the Australia Post network, and PO Boxes are acceptable.

Like any store, our stock of products is limited, and if an item is marked “sold out” then it is likely to not be available any more. However in some instances we are able to re-order items, so if you are particularly interested in an item then contact us at email@example.com to register your interest, and we will endeavour to help you out!
How true are the garment colours of the products for sale?
Garment colours will be reproduced as true and accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour and size specifications can sometimes occur. Please also note that the way the colours appear on screen is also a result of the settings and colour calibration of your monitor.
What if an item doesn’t fit, or I don’t like it once I have received it?
You are free to return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving your product, as long as the item is in new, un-worn and un-used condition with all tags attached. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org for an authorisation number with which to return the goods. Goods are to be returned at your expense, but a replacement item will be shipped to you at no extra charge. Orders not being exchanged will not be refunded. There are no returns at all on sale items.
